Most executive leadership training teaches you what to think. We teach you how to see.

"The bottleneck is never strategy. It is always the quality of thinking at the top."

Four phases that rewire leadership behaviour

We do not deliver seminars. We architect sustained behavioural shifts through a structured mentoring arc that unfolds over weeks, not hours. Each phase builds cognitive muscle that generic workshops simply cannot develop.

01

Diagnostic immersion

We spend the first fortnight embedded in your operating rhythm — shadowing decisions, mapping influence networks, and surfacing the invisible assumptions that constrain your leadership ceiling. No questionnaires, no personality quizzes. Direct observation paired with structured reflection interviews that reveal what no self-assessment ever could.

02

Cognitive reframing

Using frameworks drawn from applied neuroscience and strategic philosophy, we help you dismantle mental models that once served you but now limit your scope. This phase is uncomfortable by design. Leaders confront the gap between their self-image and their actual impact on the people and systems around them.

03

Live-fire practice

Theory without application is entertainment. We insert new behaviours into your real working context — board presentations, difficult conversations, resource negotiations — and debrief each encounter within hours. This rapid feedback loop compresses years of trial-and-error learning into concentrated weeks of deliberate practice.

04

Sustained integration

After the intensive arc, we maintain a structured check-in cadence for six months. The goal is to ensure new patterns survive the gravitational pull of old habits. We track observable behavioural markers — not satisfaction scores — and adjust the approach when the data warrants it.

Where this work has landed

Selected engagements, anonymised to protect client confidentiality.

Resources and mining

A general manager who could not retain senior engineers

Turnover in the leadership tier was running at 38 per cent annually. After a 16-week engagement focused on communication patterns and decision transparency, the executive restructured her meeting cadence and feedback loops entirely.

Retention improved to 91% within two reporting cycles.

Financial services

A newly appointed CEO inheriting a fractured board

Board meetings had become performative rather than productive. We worked with the CEO on stakeholder mapping, narrative framing, and the art of productive disagreement — skills rarely taught in MBA programmes but essential for governance effectiveness.

Board effectiveness score rose from 2.4 to 4.1 out of 5.

Healthcare

A clinical director transitioning to a system leadership role

Clinical expertise does not automatically translate into organisational influence. This leader needed to shift from solving problems personally to building the conditions where others solve problems well. We redesigned her delegation architecture and coached her through the anxiety of letting go.

Direct reports rated leadership support 47% higher at six-month review.

Technology

A founding CTO struggling with scale

At 15 employees, his hands-on style was a strength. At 120, it was a bottleneck. The engagement focused on building a leadership layer beneath him and developing his capacity to influence through vision rather than instruction. Difficult identity work, but transformative.

Engineering throughput increased 2.8× without additional headcount.

Engagement formats

The leadership audit

2 weeks · diagnostic only

A standalone diagnostic engagement for leaders who want clarity before committing to a longer programme. We observe, interview, and deliver a confidential written assessment of your leadership impact — including specific behavioural recommendations. Many clients use this as a decision-making tool before pursuing the full arc. The audit includes 360-degree stakeholder conversations with up to eight colleagues selected in partnership with you.

The intensive arc

16 weeks · full methodology

Our signature engagement. All four phases — diagnostic immersion, cognitive reframing, live-fire practice, and sustained integration — delivered in a continuous 16-week arc. This format works best for leaders facing an inflection point: a new role, a turnaround mandate, or a recognition that current approaches have reached their ceiling. Sessions are conducted both in-person at our Isaacview studio and via secure video depending on your schedule.

Executive team alignment

8–12 weeks · group format

Designed for intact leadership teams of three to eight members. We work with the team as a system, not just as individuals. The focus is on decision-making protocols, constructive conflict norms, and shared mental models. Each team member also receives individual sessions to address personal leadership edges that affect group dynamics. This programme is particularly effective for newly formed executive committees or teams navigating post-merger integration.

Ongoing advisory retainer

6–12 months · flexible cadence

For leaders who have completed an intensive engagement and want continued access to a thinking partner. The retainer includes fortnightly sessions, on-demand counsel before high-stakes moments, and quarterly progress reviews against behavioural benchmarks established during the initial engagement. Think of it as a leadership maintenance programme — keeping the gains sharp rather than letting them erode under operational pressure.

Questions we hear often

How is this different from executive coaching?
Most executive coaching operates through conversation alone. We combine observation, real-time feedback in live working situations, and structured cognitive frameworks. The mentor is not a sounding board — they are an active participant in your leadership laboratory, present during actual decisions and interactions where patterns reveal themselves most clearly.
Who are the mentors?
Our mentors are former C-suite executives and organisational psychologists who have led teams of 200 or more. They are not career coaches — they are people who have sat in your chair, made consequential decisions under genuine uncertainty, and studied the science of leadership behaviour at postgraduate level. Every mentor has a minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience.
What does the investment look like?
Pricing is scoped to the engagement format and complexity. The leadership audit begins at AUD 8,500. The intensive arc is typically between AUD 28,000 and AUD 45,000 depending on travel requirements and the number of stakeholder interviews. We provide a detailed proposal after an initial conversation — no obligation, no pressure.
Can you work with leaders outside Western Australia?
Absolutely. While our studio is based in Isaacview, we regularly work with leaders across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. The diagnostic immersion phase ideally includes at least one in-person visit, but the remainder of the engagement can be conducted via secure video. We have successfully delivered programmes to leaders in Singapore, Perth, Melbourne, and Auckland.
What if I am not sure I need this?
That uncertainty is often the most honest starting point. We offer a complimentary 40-minute leadership conversation — not a sales call, but a genuine exploration of where you are and whether structured mentoring would add value. Many leaders discover that articulating their challenges to an experienced outsider is itself clarifying, regardless of whether they proceed.
